Frequently Asked Questions

Can I enroll more than one thermostat on my Schlage LiNK account?
YES. Multiple Z-Wave enabled thermostats can be independently controlled and operated with your Schlage LiNK account.

Can the Trane ComfortLink Thermostat be integrated into Z-Wave scenes?
YES. As an example, you can set up your thermostat so that entering your code into a Schlage Wireless Lock could automatically adjust your Trane Thermostat to a preferred temperature setting when you arrive home.

How do I know if my phone will work with this system?
A phone that can access the internet can be used for remote monitoring. Many phones purchased in 2006 or later will be able to access the internet and be fully functional with the Schlage LiNK System. To verify your phone will work with the Schlage LiNK System, please text “phone” to “mylink” (695465) and you will receive a message back indicating if your phone is compatible

Can I view video from a Schlage Camera on my phone?
YES. If you have a compatible phone with a data plan, you will be able to view video from Schlage Cameras included in your Schlage LiNK System
